PCOS / PCOD
A PCOS Diet Plan That Actually Works
PCOS shows up differently for everyone, but insulin resistance is the common thread in most cases we see. That means the nutrition strategy needs to focus on blood sugar stability, not just weight.
The three levers that matter most
Fibre-first meals, adequate protein at breakfast, and consistent meal timing do more for cycle regularity than any single 'superfood'.
- Pairing carbohydrates with protein and fat to blunt sugar spikes
- Reducing ultra-processed snacking between meals
- Prioritising sleep and strength training alongside food changes
What we don't recommend
Keto-style extreme carb elimination is rarely necessary and hard to sustain long-term. Most clients do better with moderate, well-timed carbohydrates than with total restriction.
